The Trust own a number of other stand-alone commercial buildings around the fringe of Palmerston North’s CBD that includes a mix of national and independent brands.  From the flagship site of Countdown Supermarket on the prominent corner of Rangitikei and Featherston Streets, to smaller independent brands such as Pool & Spa2, Steve’s Tyres and City Garden Fruit and Vegetable, the mix of tenancy is varied and offers a very good level of diversity for the Trust and a solid return.
