Palmy 31 accommodation facilities has been designed to provide spacious, independent and secure apartment living in the heart of Palmerston North City.

Palmy 31 is located to the north of the CBD at 31 Ngata Street and has 85 studio apartments, again with a mix of single and double sized units.
The facilities provide very tidy communal kitchen, living and dining facilities and secure car parking on site. A friendly Manager lives on site at the facility to provide day-to-day assistance and monitoring of security within the facilities.

Double studio apartments are popular for couples, being slightly larger at 30 square metres approximately and have an extra wardrobe, desk and chair.
